MORGANTOWN MAN STABBED - A Morgantown man was hospitalized after he was stabbed early Thursday. Police say the 27-year-old was knifed about 3:15 a.m. on the parking lot of a Chevron station on University Avenue.

They say two men got into an argument inside the businesses and one then punched the other. The two went outside and that's when one man stabbed the victim.

POLICE ARREST TWO AFTER BARBOURSVILLE SHOOTING - West Virginia State Police have arrested and charged two people in the murder of Travis Huff in Barboursville.

Charles Blevins, 20, was arrested in Williamson Tuesday night. The second arrest occurred after 22-year-old Donnie Ray Evans of McCarr, Kentucky contacted police and officers arrested him early Wednesday morning.

The two suspects were with Huff at a local bar late Sunday night.

Police believe Huff was facilitating a drug deal by taking the suspects to meet his cousin Richard Layman.

They say Huff's cousin saw the victim fighting with the two suspects, and Blevins had a gun. Layman told officers he then heard a shot "and he ran to hide in a back bedroom."

The shooting happened at a well-known drug house.
