RAIN AND SNOW MELT CAUSES FLOODING - Munday Bridge Washed Away

The warm-up and snow melt followed by yesterday's rain caused flooding in Munday, Wirt County. The bridge leading to Al's Barn, home of Helping Hands Crisis Ministry, washed away. "The only way we can have our Friday Night sings is get a new bridge, or park out by the road and put on your old hip boots," said Al Hogan. The Cairo Fire Department rescued a man from the top of his car after it was swept away by water in Ritchie County.
