Thanks to modern medicine, many childhood diseases may be less common than they once were. Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department with offices in six counties, offers vaccines for children through the WV State VFC Immunization program. Vaccines available are: Measles - Whooping Cough Mumps - Hepatitis A Rubella - Hepatitis B Chickenpox - Rotavirus Diphtheria - Polio Tetanus - Preener Hib - Meningococcal HOV (to prevent cervical cancer) Pneumococcal - Influenza (seasonal) Call your local office of the Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department for more information or to make an appointment.
