GRANTSVILLE MUNICIPAL COURT REPORT

Grantsville City Police is offering Traffic School for all individuals cited for traffic violations.

The class will be held the last Friday of each month, with a test given at the end of class. The cost is an additional $50.

Individuals passing the class are eligible to have 3 points reduced from their operators license record, providing they receive no additional citations within 364 days.

Jane Wease - Expired motor vehicle inspection and registration. Fined $125, and $27 court cost.

Damon McWilliams - Expired motor vehicle inspection, no proof of insurance. Fined $225, and $75 court cost.

Lisa Sheldon - Speeding. Fined $22+$50 for traffic school, and $75 court cost.

Robert Milton - Speeding. Fined $22, and $75 court cost.

Stacy Hicks - Criminal complaint issued by Chief J.D. Nicholson for littering. Fined $30, and $75 court cost.
