AT LONG LAST, IS COLD WEATHER SETTLING IN?

This has been the winter that wasn't so far, with warm temps, no snow, even sunny days between some showers. The 7-day forecast says the temps will be dropping, starting Monday night. They will remain in the teens to 20s at night and the 30s to 40s during the day, through Saturday.
