Investigators found the body of a ninth victim yesterday in the worst fire to hit Huntington in 50 years.

Fire Chief Greg Fuller says all the building's residents are now accounted for.

Fire officials identified seven victims as 68-year-old Mary Biss; Beatrice Yancy; seven-year-old Seth Justas and his mother, Ann Saleh; and three siblings 19-year-old Ben Lucas, 17-year-old Angel Lucas and 14-year-old Quentin Lucas.

The names of the other two victims, both males, haven't been released.

There were no sprinklers in the five story, 64 unit apartment building, which was occupied by a number of Marshall University students.
