NICHOLSON SENTENCING RE-SCHEDULED - Last Court Session Of Year

Judge David Nibert had a short docket yesterday, completing the final circuit court session of 2006. A dispute regarding a plea agreement with Gary Lee Nicholson will be decided at a future hearing. A decision regarding a motion to amend the bond of Stephen Buvoltz was bound over, to be reviewed. Judge Nibert heard four motions regarding the John Manis Richards drug case, which will come to trial in 2007. The judge modified Richards' bond from cash to surety. The court re-styled a civil suit against Andrew and Catherine Snider, related to the forfeiture of their property. The case will become the Sheriff of Calhoun County vs. Snider.
