Vada Condee Smith, 94 - Formerly of Grantsville

Vada Condee Smith, 94, of Hendersonville, Tenn., formerly of South Charleston and Grantsville, died Sunday, Dec. 10, 2006. She was the wife of the late Lewis Smith of Big Bend, well-known Calhoun farmer and businessman. Mrs. Smith was born April 13, 1912, in Marlinton. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Raymond Condee. Mrs. Smith is survived by a daughter, Nancy Pelham Boyers and husband, Bill, of Hendersonville; son, David Condee and wife, Marsha, of Cross Lanes; and sisters, Mary Forbes of Hendersonville and Betty Eastwood of Brentwood, Tenn. She is also survived by three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
