| CECIL GEORGE BARNHOUSE - Spencer
Cecil George Barnhouse, 61, of Spencer, died Aug. 12, 2001, at the Roane
General Hospital of Spencer, after an extended illness.
He was born Aug. 12, 1940, in Spencer, son of Dorsie Schreckengost Barnhouse
of Spencer, and the late Virgil L. Barnhouse. He was a heavy equipment
operator.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Nancy Moss Barnhouse; two
daughters, Tammy Rauch of Gilbert, S.C., and Penny Murphy of Reedy, W.Va.;
one sister, Hellen Batten of Spencer; and five grandchildren.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Donald
Barnhouse.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home of
Spencer, with the Rev. Randy Whited officiating. Burial in the Clover Cemetery,
near Spencer. Visiting hours from 6-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
