Charles William "Bill" Kincaid, 81 - Spencer

Charles William "Bill" Kincaid, 81, of Spencer, West Virginia, died Sunday, December 3, 2006.

He was born April 14, 1925, a son of the late Ott G. and Maude E. Kincaid. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Harry and James Kincaid.

Bill was a member of the First Baptist Church of Spencer, an Army veteran of World War II and was in the wholesale and retail grocery business.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara R. Bennett Kincaid; daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and Garlan Miller of Spencer, Jane and Stan Heasley of Morgantown, Janet and Jay Starcher of Spencer; son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Daneen Kincaid of Clarkston, MI; grandchildren, Mike and Steven Starcher, Elliott and Miller, Sarah and Jessica Heasley, Stephanie, Tiffany and Jordan Kincaid; great grandsons, Dylan, Daniel and Alex Starcher.

There will be a gathering of family and friends Saturday, December 9 at 1:00 p.m. in the First Baptist Church of Spencer, 338 Main St. and Parking Plaza, Spencer. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider memorial donations to the First Baptist Church of Spencer, Elevator Fund, 338 Main Street, Spencer, WV 25276.
