CREMO COMMUNITY CHURCH GETS REVIVAL BOOST

(12/06/2006)

Submitted by Shari Johnson

Pastor Roger Carter and the Cremo Community Church held the first of a three night revival Monday. Old time gospel singing and preaching filled the hollows of the small community.

Eighty nine year old Lula Hughes, (pictured front-center above) faithful member of the Cremo Community Church reminisced of a time that the little country church was packed as tight as it was tonight on a regular basis.

Dr. Myron Guiler, Pastor of the Marietta Bible Church and president of the Marietta Bible College preached, and brought with him the Marietta Bible College Choir comprised of students from as many as eight different countries lead by Choir Director John Laner.

Dr. Guiler will return Wednesday night at 7 p.m. with special music.

Local Bluegrass group, Holy Hollow Revival with former Sheriff, Allen Parsons sang Tuesday night.

Pastor Carter invites and encourages everyone to attend and fellowship with the Cremo Community Church.
