CLAY MAN CITED FOR USING WOMEN'S REST ROOM

(12/06/2006)
A Charleston man visiting the Clay County courthouse on business, was ticketed yesterday by Clay County Sheriff Randy Holcomb for using the women's rest room, according to the Clay Communicator.

The man apparently headed for the men's bathroom, which was occupied by a cleaning crew.

Driven by mother nature, down stairs he flew and went into the women's rest room.

"With his pants at his knees, ladies came in for nature's call. After screams, the water closet police were called into duty," reported the Communicator.

Sheriff Holcomb issued a wrongful water closet ticket and Magistrate Boggs levied the minimum fine of $10 with $160.50 in court costs.
