WV KNIFE AND GUN CLUB - Man Shoots Girlfriend, Bartender Shooting Victim

MAN CHARGED IN DOUBLE MURDER - A Fayette County man has been charged with killing a former girlfriend and her current boyfriend. Rodney Jason Berry of Minden has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder.

He's accused in the shooting deaths of 24-year-old Martha Mills of Bradley and 31-year-old Zack Worthington of Oak Hill.

24-year-old Berry fled in a vehicle but called police from his home to say he wanted to turn himself in. He is being held in the Southern Regional Jail.

BAR SHOOTING KILLS BARTENDER - A gunman opened fire inside a Harpers Ferry bar this past weekend, killing a bartender and wounding two others.

The bartender was Michael Mihalik, 26, of Harpers Ferry.

Police have charged 25-year-old James Robert Jones of Harpers Ferry with murder. He was being held without bail today at the Eastern Regional Jail.

Another person was shot in the head with a 9 mm automatic handgun and a third victim was shot in the leg.

Police said at least six rounds were fired before bar patrons overpowered the gunman and held him until police arrived.

ROBBING GAS STATION - Police in South Charleston are looking for two men who robbed a gas station late Sunday night. It happened at the Chevron One Stop near Thomas Hospital. The two men were carrying guns when they walked in and demanded cash. Investigators are looking at surveillance video.
