Elias M. Khoury, arrested on August 3 by State Police charged with DUI, speeding, driving while suspended/revoked and driving left of center.Clarification from Dr. Elias H. Kourhy, a Grantsville and Spencer physician, who states this individual is his 18-year-old son from Charleston. Dr. Khoury has expressed serious concern over the problem his son is having. Magistrate Court records show Elias M. Khoury was released under $1000 PR bond. Eric Dewayne Marks appeared in local magistrate court for DUI-2nd offense, arrested by Sheriff Allen Parsons. Harold Cadle was cited by State Police for battery on July 18, pled no contest, assessed fine and costs and paid fine in full, according to Calhoun magistrate records. John Wesley Dodrill was cited for overweight, over width or over length by the WV Department of Highways on July 18. Case is pending. Nathan G. Selmon was cited by State Police on July 26 for failure to stop or yield. Pled not guilty.
