JOHN DAVID STUMP SUFFERS HEART ATTACK

(11/15/2006)
Grantsville businessman John David Stump, 59, suffered a heart attack early this morning at his residence near Russett.

Stump, the owner and operator of Baker's Mart in Grantsville, was taken to Minnie Hamilton Health Care Center, where he was treated and then life-flighted by HealthNet to Charleston Area Medical Center.

A family spokesperson, at noon today, said Stump has been stabilized from the heart attack and is in what is described as "the 24-hour window," indicating his recovery hinges on what happens during that period.
