| A McDowell County man has died after the ATV he was driving flipped over on him.
He is the 51st record-breaking death in WV.
Richard Green, 44, of Grapevine, and a passenger were traveling up a steep hill between Bradshaw and Iaegar when the accident occurred Monday morning.
Green was pronounced dead at Welch Community Hospital. The passenger suffered only minor injuries.
