Alma Mae Freed, 68 - Norman Ridge

Alma Mae Freed, 68, of Norman Ridge, Calhoun County, died October 25, 2006 at Minnie Hamilton Health Care Center, Grantsville following an extended illness. She was born June 16, 1938 a daughter of the late Wilbert Nicholson and Ona Gay Kelley. She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, James W. Freed; brothers, Charles "Tootie" Nicholson and Bobby Lee Nicholson; niece, Tina Nicholson She is survived by two sons, Kevin Thompson and Ryan Copen both of Norman Ridge; daughter-in-law, Tammy Thompson and granddaughter, Colleen Thompson both of Norman Ridge; sisters, Wyvonda Nicholson of Grantsville; Betty Wilson of Sycamore and Charlotte McDonald of Mt. Zion; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 12-noon Saturday October 28, 2006 at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville. Rev. Jack Seabolt will officiate. Interment will be in Hunt Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services.
