WV AT ROCK BOTTOM WITH COLLEGE GRADUATES

West Virginia has the lowest college graduation rate in America (minimum Bachelors Degree), according to the US Census Bureau. While the national average is 28%, WV ranks at the bottom of the 50 states at 12.8% State residents have an 82.5 percent rate for high school graduation, with the national average at 85%.
