FLINN'S MURDER TRIAL CONTINUED - Brutal Wirt County Murders

The Wirt County murder trial of Roger Dean Flinn, 46, has been continued until December. Flinn is charged in the brutal shooting deaths of Russell Ray Eastham and Sylvia L. Fittro on April 1, 2005, in a rural area along State Route 14. The trial is now set for December 4 in Wood County. Police were called to a trailer along W.Va. 14 where Eastham's body was discovered in a ditch by a motorist.
