| A Monroe County woman has been killed in an ATV crash, bringing West Virginia's ATV-related death toll to a record 48 for 2006.
An accounting of how many individuals are injured on ATVs is not available.
Sheriff's officials say 56-year-old Linda Testerman of the Rock Camp area died Wednesday evening, after the ATV she was driving hit a metal wagon near her home and flipped on top of her.
State lawmakers are reviewing the ATV laws they passed in 2005, with most suggesting better education is needed.
