Judge Thomas Evans III presided over Calhoun Circuit Court yesterday> - State vs. Travis Sampson, reference breaking and entering, petit larceny, pled not guilty - State vs. Greg Springston, reference voluntary manslaughter related to traffic fatality, will enter plea in October - State vs. Dennis Sears, reference drug charges, will answer indictment in October - State vs. Cecil Pomroy, reference drug charges, will answer indictment in October - State vs, Ernest Hall, originally charged with sexual assault in second degree, four counts; sexual abuse by a guardian, parent, custodian, four counts; incest, two counts, pre-trail in October. - State vs. Steven Beecher, plea related to multiple counts of possession, trial in October - Juvenile cases were also on yesterday's docket.
