CLAY MAN CHARGED IN GIRLFRIEND'S DEATH

A Clay County man has been charged in the death of his girlfriend. Dewey Edward Owsley, 44, is accused of killing 36-year-old Thelma Lorraine Thomas in December. 2005. Thomas' body was found inside the couple's Maysel home. Owsley is being held at Central Regional Jail.
