NEW FLASHING SPEED LIGHTS AT PLEASANT HILL SCHOOL

Pleasant Hill Elementary School has new 15 mph flashing speed limit signs, purchased mostly with a grant from the Parkersburg Area Community Foundation. Police will be enforcing the speed limit in front of the school, when it opens Monday.
