Charles K. Berkhouse 67 of Elkview died July 25, 2001 at Charleston Area Medical Center.
He was born December 23, 1933, in Roane County, a son of the late Rome O. and Hazel Dye
Berkhouse. He was retired from Elkem Metals at Alloy with 42 years of service and was a former Boy
Scout leader. He was a veteran of the US Army.
Service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer with Brother Vince Button
officiating. Burial will be in the Clover Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-9 Saturday at the funeral home.
