Judge Tom Evans heard three criminal cases Tuesday and Wednesday in the Circuit Court of Calhoun County.

State of West Virginia (Tony Morgan) vs. Joshua David Bohn (represented by Drew Patton), imposition of sentence and plea.

State of West Virginia (Tony Morgan) vs. Jessica S. Atkinson (represented by Drew Patton), a plea.

State of West Virginia (Tony Morgan) vs. Jamie A. Johnston (represented by Drew Patton), a motion for reconsideration of sentence.

A civil case came before Judge Evans:

John P. Barr and Holly CreelFox (represented by Loren Howley) vs. Francis M. Chisler, Inc., a WV corporation, Mark Chisler and Ronnie Summer (represented by F. John Oshoway), a bench trial.
