JOHNSON DISCHARGED WEDNESDAY AFTER ATV ACCIDENT

(08/10/2006)
Calhoun resident Daniel Johnson, 20, has been discharged from Charleston Area Medical Center, where he was admitted last Friday following an ATV accident on Nobe Road.

Family members say Johnson is improving from a broken shoulder, clavicle and ribs, in addition to a severe laceration to the head and other injuries to his knee and leg.

Earlier this week he was suffering from infection.

Since his injuries will not require surgery, he will recuperate at home.

Scott Roher, 29, who was also injured Friday morning when his ATV left the highway at Russett, was discharged Sunday from CAMC.
