The agreement calls for the county to lease the Main Street Khoury Building from the bank, with the court paying $1,600 monthly rent for the facility. The agreement calls for the bank to complete a major re-structuring and renovation of the building. The county commission is mandated to provide the space. The agreement calls for the bank to provide all renovation and pay for utilities, but the commission will be required to provide janitorial services.
