GILMER GRAND JURY HANDS DOWN 11 INDICTMENTS A Grand Jury met in Gilmer County Circuit Court Thursday, July 6, and returned the following indictments:

Unless stated otherwise, the defendants will be arraigned on July 11.

Steve Lee Dilworth, of Cox's Mills, was indicted for 10 counts of sexual abuse.

Christina Ann Marks, of Glenville, was indicted for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and conspiracy.

Larry Leon Froster, II, of Harrisville, was indicted for conspiracy to commit malicious assault, and malicious assault. In a separate indictment he faces a second count of malicious assault.

Connie Jean Byrd, of Glenville, was indicted for malicious assault and conspiracy to commit malicious assault.

Cynthia Jo Clevenger, of Glenville, was indicted for five counts of forgery and seven counts of uttering.

Randy Jay Ballengee, of Davisville, was indicted for possession with the intent to deliver.

John Michel Carter, was indicted for failure to provide support to a minor.

Kevin Neal Garrett, of Lockney, was indicted for failure to provide support to a minor.

Jean Williams Campbell, of Spencer, was indicted for welfare fraud. No date has been set for arraignment.

Phillip Roscoe Matthews, of Rosedale, was indicted for failure to provide notice of registration changes.

A Burnville woman was indicted, but the charge(s) are unknown at this time. Her name has been omitted until the matter is clarified.
