ROANE OFFICIALS MAKE DRUG ARRESTS - Koon Violates Home Confinement

State Police in Roane County have arrested a man and a woman on multiple drug charges. Kathy Jo Sanders, 28, is being held in Central Regional Jail on two counts, conspiracy and possession with intent to deliver. Jeffery Dwayne Nichols, 34, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver. Devin Wayne Koon 19-year-old Spencer man (pictured left), who had been charged in Roane County with two counts of petit larceny, public intoxication, underage drinking and battery, has now been charged by the Roane County Sheriff's Department with violation of his home confinement. He is being held in Central Regional Jail.
