Dunn will be replacing long-time town employee Bonnie Bird, who is retiring.

Dunn's employment was approved during a special meeting of the town's council Monday evening.

Council also approved the promotion of Pat Starkey to be in charge of streets and parks.

A committee meeting to discuss the establishment of a municipal court is scheduled for June 22nd at 7 p.m.
