MINGO MAN DIES IN ATV ACCIDENT |

A Gilbert, Mingo County man was killed Wednesday in another ATV accident, bringing the death toll in the state to 23 or 25 this year. Forty-nine-year-old Larry Joe Wiley was killed after his ATV crashed along Stafford Branch Road, just outside of Gilbert at 1 a.m. Wednesday.
