| Susan Lee Starr Freeman, 55, of Virginia Beach Blvd., passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2006 at a local hospital after suffering a massive stroke.
Born in Cleveland Ohio, Mrs. Freeman was retired from Virginia Beach Public Schools as a bus driver. Before moving to Virginia she resided in West Virginia where she was a reporter for the Calhoun Chronicle for many years.
She is survived by her husband, James L. Freeman; two daughters, Michelle Maack and Wanda Bovender and husband John, all of Virginia Beach; two sons, Bryan Maack of Chloe, WV and Shane Maack; and six grandchildren, Natisha, Tabitha, Brooke, Dylan, Katie and Eden.
Services will be private with Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel in charge of arrangements.
