| A Milton man has died in an all-terrain vehicle accident, becoming the state's 20th or 22nd recorded ATV fatality this year.
Cabell officials say 27-year-old Mathew Wrightsel died over the weekend on Mill Creek Road in Milton.
Police say the man lost control of the four-wheeler when it was going down the roadway, striking several trees. Wrightsel was thrown about 25 feet.
Authorities said excessive speed was a factor on the road.
