Sandra Sue Nichols Miller, 47 - Spencer

Sandra Sue Nichols Miller, 47, of Spencer, went home to be with her Heavenly Father, Wednesday, May 17, 2006.

She was born in Spencer on August 31, 1958. She was a 1975 graduate of Spencer High School. She attended West Virginia State College on the "Upward Bound" program and attended Ambassador Bible College in both Big Sandy, TX and Pasadena, CA.

Sandra was an avid trout angler and deer hunter. She loved nature and had a great love and fondness for animals. She was a help-mate and comforter to many.

Survivors include her husband of 25 years, Steven C. Miller; three sons, Blake Camden Miller, Casey Lee Miller and Dakota Shane "Cody" Miller all of Elizabeth; parents, Waldo and Billie Potts Nichols of Spencer; two brothers, Michael A. Nichols and Mitchell A. Nichols both of Spencer; one sister, Linda Nichols-McCarty of Spencer; several nieces and nephews; two great nieces.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Clark and Delphia Nichols; and her maternal grandparents, Alonzo and Ona Potts.

A funeral service will be conducted Saturday, May 20 at 1:00 p.m. in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with Pastor Donald Hussell officiating. Burial will be in the Clover Cemetery, Clover.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-9 p.m. on Friday.
