MORFORD'S CONDITION SATISFACTORY AFTER ATV ACCIDENT

Grantsville resident Jim Morford is in satisfactory condition Wednesday morning, according to Charleston Area Medical Center. Morford was injured Tuesday afternoon when his 4-wheeler collided with a truck on Pine Creek Road. Morford's wife, CHS teacher Bev Morford, who was on the ATV, was not hospitalized. Morford was flown to Charleston by HealthNet, reportedly suffering from chest injuries.
