Mr. and Mrs. John Oshoway presented the Melissa Oshoway Criminal Justice Scholarship to Brittany Weaver at Senior Appreciation Night at the Calhoun-Gilmer Career Center, the scholarship is given in memory of Melissa Oshoway, who was tragically killed in an auto accident in 2005
