The National Day of Prayer was held on the
the steps of Calhoun courthouse yesterday

The Chaplain's Association of Minnie Hamilton Health Care Center would like to thank the people of Calhoun County for supporting the National Day of Prayer event.

Thanks to the CCCOA Choir who sang at the beginning of the service and all those who helped with the cooking and serving.

In addition, we wish to thank to all those who came and had hot dogs for lunch and stayed for the noon prayer service. Over $500 was raised for the Community Food Pantry housed at the First Baptist Church.

Noticeably absent, the voice of Rev. Harry Siers selling hot dogs.
