WV 16 @ MP 0.00 Course, and stabilize shoulders, End: Jct CR 35/12 @ MP 1.01 - CR 18 Arnoldsburg - Rocksdale Road, Level with Wearing 1, Begin: Jct of CR 18/1 @ MP 5.57, End: Jct. of CR 9 @ PM 8.38 - CR 2 Lower Leading Creek, Level with Wearing 1, Begin: Jct of CR 2/4 @ MP 5.17, End: Jct of CR 2/1 @ MP 3.35 - CR 17 Left Fork of Mud Fork, Spot stabilization with # 67 Limestone, Begin: CR 28 @ MP 1.55, End: Clay County Line @ MP 2.64 - CR 16/23 Left Fork of Sycamore, Spot stabilization with # 67 Limestone, Begin: WV 16 @ MP 0.00, End: Jct of Public Road 7/601 @ MP 4.00 - WV 5 Grantsville - Glenville Road, Pull shoulders and ditches, patch and level, place, Begin: 1.10 miles east of CR 35/18 @ MP 16.60,70# scratch course, resurface with 1" HMA wearing, End: Gilmer County Line @ MP 19.60, course, drainage improvements, guardrail and safety improvements, and striping.
