A new concealed weapons class has been scheduled for July 21 at 9 am. in
the little courtroom at the Calhoun Courthouse, according to instructor Ron
Bandy. The $35 course is centered in safety.
Bandy's course will include going to a firing range and demonstrating
proficiency at ten yards. "We want the weapon holders to have skill and
knowledge when they carry a handgun," he said.
Deputy Bandy recently received special training at the West Virginia Police
Academy to teach the course. For information call 304-354-6333.
