GRANTSVILLE SENIORS ENJOY "SWEETHEART DAY"

Submitted by Brenda McBride Seniors at the Calhoun County Committee on Aging in Grantsville enjoyed a Valentines Day celebration on Tuesday, February 14. "Sweetheart Day" included poems, games, a valentine exchange, and lots of fun. The seniors enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch, and ate candy hearts and cupcakes, provided by the CCCOA and the wonderful cooking staff, Ellen Shock, Kelly Hanes and Cindy Cottrell. King and Queen is Clarice Whytsell and Carroll McCauley (L) Jean Miller received "The World's Largest Valentine" from her husband Odus Miller (R) Helen Morris assisted by granddaughter Sally Morris drew names for King and Queen Valentine Door prize winner, Violet Williams won a beautiful ceramic heart Winner of the "candy guessing contest" was Marge Johnson
