CIRCUIT COURT SCHEDULED THURSDAY

(02/15/2006)
Calhoun Circuit Court with Judge David Nibert has been scheduled for Thursday, the docket yet to be finalized.

The docket items will likely be those delayed from January when Nibert could not reach Grantsville because of high water.

Judge Thomas Evans III held court yesterday, considering two suppression hearings regarding Andrew Snider and Catherine Snider, in addition to juvenile cases.

Evans awarded Grantsville resident Peggy Cain about $600 for back rent and apparent damages in a civil case against Steve Johnson.
