The Calhoun County Red Devil Wrestling Team participated in seven dual meets over the Christmas holidays, completing a record of 6-1.
The team first traveled to Belpre, Ohio with a triangular match with Belpre and Parkersburg "B' team, losing the match with Belpre, then beating the Parkersburg team.
The Red Devils then participated in a duals tournament at Roane County with six other teams.
Calhoun defeated Grafton, Independence, Roane, St. Marys, and Oak Hill to complete a sweep of this holiday tournament.
Placing first individually for the Red Devils were: Tyler Bain, Jaron Sampson, Justin Ramsey, Paul Goodrich, and Justin Whipkey.
Other wrestlers competing were: Nick Stevens (2-3), Seth Jarvis (3-2), Eddie Burrows (4-1), Brandon Sampson (4-1), Jeff Goodrich ((4-1), Caleb Hart ((3-2), Chris Mace (1-4) and Allen Carpenter (2-0)
