ORAL B. CAMPBELL - Mt. Zion

Oral B. Campbell 85, of Mt. Zion, WV, died Wednesday, June 27, 2001 at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg, WV.

He was born December 20, 1915 in Gilmer County to the late George and Sarah Wilson Campbell. He was a life long resident of Calhoun.

Mr. Campbell id survived by his wife, Mabel Metz Campbell; four sons, Bruce Campbell of Parkersburg, Perry and Stephanie Campbell of Salt Lake City, Utah, Albert Campbell of Belpre, Ohio and Clyde and Kaye Campbell also of Belpre; six daughters, Deloris and Pete Ramos of El Paso, Texas, Martha Campbell of San Antonio, Texas, Helen and Clinton Witt of Richmond, VA, Betty and Thomas Harvey of Parkersburg, WV, Nancy and James Hardman of Mt. Zion, WV, Edith and Charles Burchette of Marion, VA; a sister, Sylvia Minney of Stumptown, WV. Also surviving are 18 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Russell (Tom) Campbell and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville, Saturday, June 30, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. Reverend Alfred Hickman will officiate. Interment will be in the Collins Cemetery, Stumptown, WV Visitation will be held Friday evening at the funeral home from 6-9 p.m.
