CHRONIC DISEASE SELF-MANAGEMENT COURSE OFFERED AT MHHCC

HELP YOURSELF, a Chronic Disease Self Management Course will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, starting January 10, 2006 in the Minnie Hamilton Health Care Education Room, beginning at 6 p.m.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: YOU! Do you have a "chronic disease" such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, fibromyalgia, depression, arthritis, stroke, etc.

WHY SHOULD I ATTEND? The Help Yourself program is designed to enhance the lives of those individuals living with one or more chronic diseases. Sessions are highly participative, where mutual support and success builds the participants' confidence in managing their health and maintaining active and fulfilling lives.
