State Senator Donna Boley announced four specific Budget Digest grants for Calhoun
County yesterday:
ARNOLDSBURG VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT - $18,500 to be used to re-hash or
build a new tanker truck.
CALHOUN COUNTY COMMISSION - $32,500 to be used for economic development for
the county.
CALHOUN COUNTY SCHOOLS - $30,000 to be used for educational purposes.
CALHOUN COUNTY COMMITTEE ON AGING - $130,000 to purchase adjacent property
to the Senior Center.
MINNIE HAMILTON HEALTH CARE CENTER - $30,000
