| Velma Ferrell, 96, of Doylestown, Ohio, formerly of Grantsville, West Virginia, passed away November 29, 2005 at Doylestown Health Care center following a long illness.
Born at Arnoldsburg, WV, she was a daughter of the late Jessie and Pearl Powell. She was a homemaker.
Surviving are a son, Jessie Ferrell of Barberton, Ohio; two daughters, Berneal Williams of Doylestown and and Debbie Slimak of Barberton; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, December 3 at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville. Rev. Fleary L. Spurlock will officiate. Interment will be in the Sand Ridge Cemetery, Sand Ridge, WV.
Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
