An installer for Advanced Technologies of Parkersburg has been installing additional TV cameras and monitoring equipment in the Calhoun courthouse, in addition to new electronic door locks which are opened by plastic cards, purchased by a Courthouse Security Grant secured by the Calhoun Commission
