WV KNIFE AND GUN CLUB - ATV Dispute Ends In Shooting

One man shot his younger brother after they argued over an ATV last Saturday, police said. State Police who were called to the scene, near Loudendale in Charleston where Leonard Denver Wells, 58, allegedly shot his brother Mark Douglas Wells, 56, in the knee. An officer said the brothers had been arguing before the shooting.
