Georgis G. Reynolds Seabolt, 69 - Spencer

Georgis G. Reynolds Seabolt, 69, of Spencer, died Thursday, October 20, 2005, in the Miletree Center, after an extended illness.

She was born January 31, 1936, at Clio, a daughter of the late Austin Creed and Rosie Eddie Holbert Reynolds. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert "Ted" Seabolt; son, Ronald Seabolt; and brother, Curtis Reynolds.

Mrs. Seabolt was a homemaker, former employee of the Spencer State Hospital and Roane General Hospital, Spencer. She was a member of the Hebron Church, Speed and the Rebekah Lodge.

Survivors include a son, Donald Seabolt of Chloe; a daughter, Sandra McClain of Chloe; a brother, Scoval Reynolds of Cabin Creek; a sister, Magdeline Carper of Cross Lanes; four grandsons and one granddaughter.

A funeral service will be conducted Sunday, October 23 at 11:00 a.m. in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with Pastor Billy Thorn officiating. Burial will be in the Eventide Cemetery, Spencer.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. on Saturday.
