Company officials say the women's clothing business is growing rapidly, especially with the new Coldwater Creek retail stores.
More space is needed.
Currently more than 700 people work at the Parkersburg location and the new space will require some additional workers.
The multi-million dollar expansion is supposed to be completed by 2007.
